Rochester residents can now see a new City Mark-themed public art sculpture on the Sister Cities Bridge.
The sculpture, called “In Full Bloom,” was installed on the bridge, with work on the base to be completed in the coming weeks.
“Today, we celebrate the installation of an amazing work of art as well as a lasting tribute to the spirit, history, and pride of our city,” said Mayor Malik D. Evans.
